Just Follow These Steps to Become an American Red Cross in Westchester County Volunteer!!
You may begin your application process by printing and completing these forms: (all forms in pdf format)
- American Red Cross Volunteer Application Form
- Volunteer Service Reference Form
(Please supply the names and information of two references that are NOT related to you who can be reached between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.) - Code of Conduct
(must be signed at bottom) - Intellectual Property Agreement
(must be signed at bottom) - Statistical Information Form
(completion of the form is optional but appreciated if filled in; for record monitoring purposes.)
